Congratulations :-)

Congratulations to James, the first new student to come to me via this site. Only 2 Lessons in but already learning 14 Chords and with 3 Songs already under way ! That’s what we like to see 🙂

Junior Size Guitars.

If you’re looking for a steel strung acoustic guitar that is ideal for primary school age children then look no further than the Yamaha Junior JR-1. The build and sound quality is up there with a lot of full size acoustics but they are just the right 3/4 size for the younger player. They are a wise investment in many ways because even though the student will grow up and move on to full size instruments the JR-1 still makes an ideal travel guitar with none of the tuning problems so often found in other “short scale” steel strung instruments.
